1991 V12 crank, no start. Pump working.

No spark. No ticking injectors. I have 12V at coils and fuelpump working. Water temp sensor ok. Any ideas?
Cars is 1991 US with Marelli.

Simultaneous no spark and no injector pulse sounds like a crank sensor problem. There are two. Most guys replace both at once but others will chime in on that.

I know this is a common fault on six cylinder, but never heard about it on the V12`s. Anyone knows if this is a common problem?!

I have a 1989 that I replaced the Marelli rotor on, only 1/2 getting fire.
mine has the high /lo rotor, 6 fire on top, 6 fire on the bottom.

apparently common problem with the rotors.

Turned out it was the marelli ecu. Replaced and now works again!
