Default 90 XJR rims

Will 18" rims from a 90 XJR fit a XJS or are spacers required. I have a chance to buy 4 with Z rated tires for $400. Bolt patten 5 x 4.5", waiting on exect tire specs
Good deal or not?

BC XJS,

Have you got pics of the wheels? Standard wheels on a 1990 XJR are 16" rims.

What width are they?

if they are 8" the offset will be 33, these will fit the rear but will require spacers for the front to increase offset to 20

The Jag bolt pattern is 5 x 4.75"....at least until the mid/late 90s.

Better double check what you are getting

Cheers

I believe the wheels you are referring to are Penta's which were first introduced on the 97\98 V8 XJR.

They do fit, but you will need spacers at the front and possibly small ones at the rear. The fronts you'll need at least 10mm (if you canget away with it) if not 15mm.

Hope that helps..

That's the tyre size. You need to know the rim width and offset.

Also if they are off a later model, Jaguar changed the PCD, but I'm not sure when this occurred.

Hi BC XJS,
The Penta wheels are working for me, see https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...ls-xjs-142094/
I am using 3mm spacers on the front and none on the rears.
