I've been looking around for a replacement for my antenna. My car came with a non-powered one that was not hooked up to the radio. There was an older aftermarket one in the trunk as well, and that was not working either. Any thoughts on this eBay one or sources for a replacement?

It'll probably work fine.

Over the years I've installed a few generic/universal power antennas in old cars, including Jags. Typically a bit of ingenuity is required to mount 'em firmly, but no big deal. Wiring is generally easy as well.

What can be a problem is where the antenna pokes thru the body.

XXX-antenna kit, whatever it might be, may not have the right combination of bezels and gaskets to conform to the contours of the the body
