Just got my 95 XJS convertible. Got a great price....car has only 82K but it has some issues...my first problem is that I cant open the trunk. I turn the key and hit the button underneath and nothing happens. I can't find a trunk release switch inside the car either. Any suggestions?

 

Well...I removed my plate and inserted a long thin screwdriver in the right side hole. Moved grommet out of the way. Went upward and the trunk opened in a second. Now I have to figure out why the release won't work.
