Default EFI refurb kit and sway bar

I bought an EFI refurb kit that said it was for Jaguar V12s off EBay. 12 hoses, 24 brass ferruels, 12 O rings.
The hoses were too long, about 4", so they had to be cut down.
The O rings are my question.
The O rings were much thicker and taller than the little ones that I kept when I removed the EFIs.
They fit over the injector nipple and inside the manifold 'cup' but do cause the EFI to sit up higher. The hold down plates are now about 3/16" above the flat base and the spray nozzle would also be higher up in the manifold. The question becomes is this an issue? Do I need to go back to the much smaller O rings?

On another note I am still fighting the sway bar install. Today I am going to try using a pry bar to get the ends compressed enough to have the nuts catch on the link ends with the new bushings. I am now using rubber bushings rather than poly bushings to get a little more compressability I can't believe how difficult this has been for something that should be straight forward.

Are you trying to put the sway bar together with the suspension at full drop? That’s going to be a challenge. Jack up the hub to the center point. Then find something to support the other end of the sway bar so that it’s level.

I have tried to install it both with the car up on a lift and down on the ground. The sway bar does not fit down on the links with the new bushings far enough for the cap and nut to catch. I assume once I can the nuts to catch I can just crank on them to get them fully seated on the posts.

Got my injector fuel pipes and injector refurb kit from Mr Injector in the UK. They make a kit for the XJS V12 HE, and ship internationally. Very happy with the quality of the kit.
