Rear fogs do come on if car is started and head lamps turned on (switch light on console properly lit and I get the indicator light when activated on the dash). I've owned the car for 9 years and never knew those rear fogs were there....I'm a quick study .... But I had actually never considered or heard of rear fog lamps before I got my F type and it is so equipped.

But I generally don't drive this car at night or anytime except sunny days.
