I have been trying to locate one of these for my 96 XJS. What I am trying to find is the piece of metal that covers the seat control module located in front of the drivers seat. Mine was missing at purchase.

Any help would be awesome.

Part of the carpet is glued on it, isn't it? I know they made some changes to the carpet and floor mats. My 95 strangely has the front flap part of this carpet that is glued to this metal piece, layered over the floor carpet piece, instead of under it as you would think. I know this has to be correct because the long floor piece where it meets the metal cover carpet front flap is under it with a Velcro strip on top. Maybe somebody has a good pic of what the stock carpet/ floor mat is supposed to look like. Ooops, didn't mean to Hijack the thread.
