Question Need a Windshield Washer Jet/Nozzle

Can anyone help me find a DAC7708 "heated screen washer jet"?
Or can anyone suggest a comparable replacement or substitute? For the life of me I can't find anything that will fit. I still have the hose, wire, and sprayer but the tiny metal nozzle insert fell out somewhere and I have no idea where it is. My windshield sprayers fit inside of the cowl/grill/vent just in front of my windshield and so they (replacements) would need to be very narrow to fit. I've already bought 2 different sets that looked like they'd fit but they're each just too wide and they obviously don't have the electric wire for the heated option. Any suggestions are welcome and appreciated.

Some on UK ebay, but it will almost certainly be a Ford part too, so worth looking amongst those items. suggestions:

I might have one from an '88 H&E car I parted out four years ago.

I am still looking. I found the correct wiper grille from the '88 car but I took the washer jets off for some reason. I have one more box to look thru. Fingers crossed.

I found both of them. Good condition. Just sun faded. Wires and connectors in perfect condition.
PM me for details, pictures, and shipping address.

BradsCat,

Your early ones may fit I guess(?), but the PO has a facelift car which uses DAC7708, which is a different part number form your pre-facelift car.

Cheers

Paul

Aahh,,,,,
Missed the pre v. post facelift distinction.
Happy to send pictures to see if they will work.

Hi Jacqui22,

Appreciate your quest for originality and maintaining the washer jet heating function but I gave up trying to find originals for my '90, pre-facelift, when I needed replacements a few years ago. There are a large number of low-cost aftermarket options available made of black plastic. I bought a set and filed them down so that they would fit between the ribs of the wiper grill. Have been working fine ever since

Cheers,
LeeP
