Default Polishing the Growler

Gday guys

Just wondering if it is ok to you use chrome polish on the growler badge?

I use California Custom "Purple" Metal Polish. My growler looks average and it has alot of black in it. I think it would turn up well with some polish however Im not sure if it's just painted on chrome? I dont want to rub away only to find black underneath. I did that with my bloody boot/trunk badges (V12 and XJS)and it removed the chrome paint only to find the black plastic underneath....but that was another story.

Anybody cleaned up their growler?

Oh yeah...and of course I am a growler fan on the XJS....not a leaper fan....but lets not go there lol!

'polishing the growler' sounds like a euphemism to me!

An electric toothbrush and some chrome polish does wonders on the growler. What's up with this stripes project? You adding some coach / pin stripes?
