Quick question... 6.0L changeover?
I’m looking at a used xjs convertible. Haven’t seen it in person, but the specs are off I believe. They don’t know much about the car as it was willed to them. The claim it’s a 93’ but clearly from the photos they posted it’s pre facelift(92’ even). Did they however ever put the 6.0L in the pre facelift cars or was that just the updated look? In their ad they say 6.0 and 4 speed. I think they’re just confused and posted the first thing they found.

The 6.0 was never in the pre facelift. What confusing is that the 92 was a partial facelift (basically everything but the bumper covers) and the ‘92 5.3 got 6.0 style intake manifolds. If you didn’t know better, you’d think it was a 6.0
