You will need to upturn that cradle.

Remove the 4 shocker/spring assemblies.

Then the "weight" should be off those pivot pins, and they should drive out.

HEAPS of shims and seals will fall out, so take care and be alert.

Some can sill be TIGHT, and that will depend on the maintaining, or lack of, to the grease points of the rear suspension.

Good luck

I've never pulled my mine out yet but are you able to twist the shaft/long bolt at all? Twisting ensures it is free rotationally and may just need both a twisting motion together with a tapping motion.

I would also replace the needle rollers those shafts run in, they will be badly worn. A bad design by Jaguar using needle rollers that do not rotate 360°. I will be re-doing mine soon and I will be replacing the needle rollers with bronze bushing.

If you're doing a rebuild, a lot needs to come off before you get to removing the fulcrum shafts. The halfshafts ( with the universal joints) should be off, the aluminium hubs out as well and then turn the enter assembly upside down on a workbench. Both washers removed, and then use a drift and the shaft will move. It might take a few strong hits with a big hammer to get it moving. Just be careful not to hammer on the shaft end and damage the threads.
