Try Goolging "Jaguar CAC5452" and "Jaguar CAC5451" and see what comes up.

5452 goes to the left caliper; 5451 to the right

If that doesn't pan out perhaps you can have some made locally? Not sure about your neck o' the woods but here in the 'States most every decent size town has an outfit specializing in making up pipes and hoses. For example, I've used this company several times......

Northwest Tubes N Hoses

I just bring the old pipe or hoses in and they duplicate it.

Cheers

Speak to Barratts in Bridgenorth. When my son needed them for his project build they supplied them even though part number 5452 was 'NLA' (5451 is under £16) Worth a call.

Hi Jeff

You could always make your own Brake Pipes, I had some made by a Hydraulic Shop and they were a total disaster.

So having got a refund I bought a Kit and then I made my own, which I then used to make new brake pipes for the Front and Rear.

While some of them never managed to pass Quality Control, with a big reel off Copper Type pipe which was only £10 its a question of practice makes perfect.

And if I remember correctly, the Tool to make them including the Pipe was only about £30

Once you get the hang of it they are very easy to make and you can see how I did mine on Page 17 of my 'Cherry Blossom' Restoration. https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...122634/page17/

Jeff
Ward will make any pipe you need, ready to fit. A/F imperial spanners are on UK ebay. You have to get this stuff from the UK, no other way.

Hi Jeff

Good luck with that, I wouldn't even attempt what you're doing with the Cage in place, just one bolt you can't undo and then it is Game Over.

But in any event 'kudos' for having a go.

Jeff, what I do is to get them in with the handbrake calipers loosened off. The when all assembled, screw in the large adjuster until the pads are just a few thou from the discs, and then insert the split pin. This should put the forks just under tension. The important thing is to ensure the forks are well into the caliper casting. I put the fork ends in first, then use the pivot bolts to tighten down the fixed end of the arrangement. So the forks are slightly under "up and down" tension when all is done up.
