I would find the strip in your town where all the high end used car dealerships are. Drop in and ask them who they use.

I haven't fitted the replacement headlining for mine yet, you may find this useful.

Thanks guys. The idea of asking the dealers sounds good. Sorry but that site is for saloon cars not convertibles. I know a couple of guys here have done it.

Guarantee your high end used car dealers can refer you to the joints they use. Cheaper than you'd expect, as well.

Default Possible.....

....but a root canal is more fun. If you plan to also renew the outer top at the same time then its a little bit easier. The headliner isnt a simple single piece of material so I think it would be extremely hard to make one yourself.

I did mine using this kit.

Jaguar XJS Convertible Top Headliner 1989 1996 Tan | eBay

The main issue is that there are certain parts of the headliner that are fitted before the outer top is put on, so you have to improvise a bit, especially along the back where the headliner joins the rear section of the roof.

Its just the interior that need replacing. The outer very rarely sees daylight and is perfect condition.

I will check out the options when back in Orlando,

Thanks guys
