Default She moves now but I cant stop her??

I know how a smooth running car. pat yourselves on the backs. So my first real drive was today. The ol girl wont stop nicely. so back to the driveway again. I have brakes on the pass. side front wheel only. I pulled the drivers front wheel and cracked the brake line and pushed the pedal. no fluid. same with rear. I removed the lines where they come out of the master cyclinder mod. I do have abs. pushed the pedal again. npo fluid. I looked inside the resivor. The fluid is very dark. the car had sat 10 years. Is this brake assm something that could be gummed Up? can I take it apart to clean it? sticky celinoids? or should I covert it to just standard power brakes? thanks

A Make,Model,Year would REALLY help, but I guess you have the electric pump brake system. Here is and old TSB for info on the assy.

Well today I pulled the brake assm out of the car. That was too easy....., so inremoved the valve assm. I slowly pushed on the ram on the master cyclinder and all kinds of sluggy puke came out if the middle and far end holes..... So I think I'm just gonna clean it all up and try it again. Or just switch it over to non abs power brakes. Any thoughts?
