A couple of months ago, ordered sway bar bushings. All was well, went to install, they were too small. Hummm... ID measured 19mm, but my sway bar measured around 21/22mm (OD). Ok, so went online, order some that were a different part number, but purportedly had a 21mm ID. Again, a bit too small and also the 90 degree angles of the D were flared out and thicker (picture below).
So, the past month or so I've been looking around trying to figure out what to do and was going to order from SNG CAC46517 thinking the OE would just be a better fit.
Then, I stumbled upon this under the x300s -X300 - how to tell if your car has the sports pack... And this seemed to indicate there were two sway bar sizes - 19mm and 22mm - where the 22mm only came with "sports pack". I don't think my XJS has a sports pack suspension (I actually have the original window sticker, not that it would include that info necessarily), but I definitely have a 22mm front sway bar and no rear sway bar that I can tell.
There's one more option that I can find on Moss (37-6032) that comes with a bracket and advertises at 7/8". It seems cheap in price compared to just getting the bushings, so am wondering if I have better options somewhere else.
I have the old bushes that I could put back in, they're still in OK shape, but would be nice to go ahead and get that fixed now.
Any thoughts?

I usually out this in the "played with" section. Meaning, someone, maybe the factory fitted a 22mm front sway bar, not uncommon in some markets.
BUT
Memory (oh boy) from my time as Parts Manager at Jaguar, the Ragtops got different things, and the front sway bar rings a very dim bell, but I could be wrong.
Memory again, my pre facelifts all had 19mm fronts, and a 16mm rear on one, but none were the Sportspack. All the series cars had 17 front, and no rears, except the V12's, which were 19 front.
Simply get some 22mm "D" rubbers, and I used Poly here without issues.
