Default 2012 XK Convertible 17,200 miles

2012 XK Convertible 17,200 miles For Sale

FYI:

When I was in Ft. Lauderdale 2 1/2 weeks, I visited the Alpine Jaguar dealership.

This car was just taken in and now it is listed for sale.

Certified Pre-Owned 2012 Jaguar XK For Sale in Fort Lauderdale, Miami Area | P14011

Perhaps someone might have an interest. Listed for $74,900 but feel strongly price can be worked out. I spoke with Matthew Passanese 561-213-6477 his personal cell number. Nice guy.

VIN is SAJWA4GB5CLB45340

I have no affiliation with Alpine Jaguar. I was there looking at their inventory. It is one classy Jaguar dealership.

I think this will be hard to find........unless you are referring to the White XKR-S that has been around for some time.

Car dealers will always deal. It is very RARE that any dealer sells at the offer price.

I am sure the Jaguar XKR listed below cound be bought in the mid to high $50's.

Over the last few months some XKR-Ss have been showing up on autotrader.com for under $80,000.

Not many dealers will drop down 27% in price. A lot of dealers today advertise their cars close to their bottom price to effectively move them. No one will look at the car above at that price. A buyer will just move on and over look it because it is not priced in the market.

So far I haven't seen any 2012 XKR-S converts for $75K but I'll keep the hunt going. Thanks

The 2013 looks good, but would deduct $4000 due to the leaping Jaguar hood ornament. I don't know why people put them on the XK. Plug the holes and get the hood repainted at the dealers cost.

The prices look good on both of these, and I am sure the prices are very negotiable.

I'm sure the dealer will take the leaper off.. They have been very good to me I even got 500 check for the advanced Jag Academy from them.

Hes also more than willing to find you the right car as they have off lease XKs coming in every week. If anyone wants his contact information just let me know and tell him you're a friend of mine and he'll take care of you.

This car was listed on ebay at $75,998 over the last 3 weeks, but the ad is no longer there. I had it saved in my watch listings.

Then price reduced to $73,998

Then priced at $72,999

Car appearently reported SOLD at auto auction on Feb 21st, 2014.

Clean Carfax....one owner....

No other information available at this time.

CARFAX Vehicle History Report for this 2013 JAGUAR XKR

Hope this helps.......

Yep I agree and the only thing that held me back was it didn't have the wood trim interior. Otherwise it would have fit my bill. Oh I was a little suspicious of it having 14K miles for a 2013. Also being in Vegas I wondered if this was one of Calgal's program cars. Oh well it looks like it's gone now but maybe it will show up at a dealer.

You may want to contact the dealer...as their website shows it available, but may not have been removed. Details of the car says it does have the wood trim interior.

Placing a call will remove any doubts about availability and wood trim. The Indigo Blue is a beautiful color.

As my 2002 XKR convertible is passing 140,000 miles this week and acting up a bit (faulty fuel injector and cam sensor), I've decided to start looking for a 2010-2012 coupe to add to the stable. I would still use my 'vert almost every day as I drive it top down nearly all the time as we only get about 5 days of rain a year (this weekend it's raining, of course). But, I love the look and the performance of the new XKR coupes and I can't take the convertible to the track the two or three times per year that I attend with friends in the Audi club. (Audi club rules) I take my old Pantera on those occasions, but on the more technical tracks or those that are wet, the Pantera without power steering and 400hp sitting over the back wheels is just not fun or practical. I am going to see a coupe on Monday that appears beautiful (from the pictures), has about 60k miles (which doesn't scare me as I bought my 2002 with 62K and have put 80K more on it in the past four years), and is priced well under $40K. This is what scares me, why so cheap? Outside of obvious flaws, taking it to my mechanic and driving it, any other things I should look for?
