Anything is possible. How much money and time do you have?

If you search the forum, you'll find another user doing something similar. Think he had it mostly done, but was having some issue(s) with the headlights (different connectors).
Don't recall a post about getting it sorted out. As stated above, all it takes is time and $$$$.

Here's some photos of my 08 and 12 side my side. The quarter panels are different shapes I think as well so I don't think physically you can just swap out some of those things 1 for 1.

EDIT: Upon re-reading your post I guess you are looking to swap all the fascia on the front end.

Around the time I joined last October, there was a user who did this, but could not get the lights hooked up to full functionality. LED's require a voltage/amperage curve, rather than simply supplying amps at 12v. If you don't have the proper power supply in the system, they won't do anything.

I believe the main beams had an inbuilt power supply, and worked properly, but the ring of LED's did not. I did not 100% understand. A search might turn up the thread.

The internet has become a wonderful tool for finding out how to proceed with projects. But sometimes what you want to do is so specific you are going to have to trail blaze on your own. 10k should get you the used parts for what you want to do and once you have just start at it. There will be obstacles to pass but once you have you will have the car you are looking for. And when you are done you can be the one people come to the mountain for information on your creation.

Take a look at these two threads, and maybe try to contact user 'slowdown', to see if he got things straightened out.

All things considered, it would probably be cheaper and definitely easier to sell the 2007 and buy a 2012.

The only hitch here, is if you are attached to the early style interior.
