Default Brake Bleeder Screws

Hello All,
I've decided to swap out my brake bleeder screws for speed bleeders, I used Edelbrock 639630 which fit perfectly on the rears and worked like a charm. They are the same as SB1010s, but more readily available; the specs seemed to line up so I rolled the dice and it paid off. Theoretically the 639630 and SB1010s should work in all four calipers on our cars, some people have fitted the SB1010s to all four. The fronts on my car however, are a completely different size, which is contrary to everything I've read. Then I noticed that all listings online for bleeder screws are for rears. Does anyone know what the thread is on the fronts? My car is a 2007 base convertible with standard brakes.

A relevant thread from 2014 covering similar discussion of speed bleeders:

Thank you, yes I had refrenced that thread when doing initial research on fitment for our cars, Because the SB1010s fit I figured out the Edlebrocks would as well (both bleeders have different compatible vehicles listed on their sites, but there are one or two overlapping applications and the specs are the same). on that thread though it says our cars have the same bleeder screws all the way around, but my front bleeders are VASTLY different from my rears. Perhaps I have an early car or something?

If you send me your VIN in a PM, I'll check the build sheet on TOPIx.

The OP says it is a base with standard brakes fitted.

I used an evacuator to do my brake fluid change. I was looking at getting some bleeder screws, but after doing the fluid change with the evacuator I don't see the need. Very straight forward easy process. The evacuator can also be used for easy engine oil changes.

I use a Motive power bleeder, super easy and quick for one person to do. No brake pedal pushing or non-standard bleeders.
