Boston water is really good, so I have never had to contend with hard water issues and the like.

These cars deserve to be washed by hand and only hand. Many owners do not understand the damage that can be created by car washes. Not only damaging items like the mirror's, but consider the damage that is done to the paint surface.

I agree 100%. I have not brought any of my cars to an automatic car wash for the last 10 years other than my 01 lS430 which has paint before the environmental
restrictions kicked in and thus it can take the punishment.. Today's paint is weak and must be babied.

I have the pair of covers in black for you if you still need it. They're from my 2007 XKR which I replaced with chrome when the car was new so they are perfect. Make a reasonable offer including shipping if interested.
