Gas pedal too soft for me.
I have that problem with nearly every car I drive. My foot tends to press more than "normal" or something, so I either have to physically hold it up or rest it on the trans tunnel carpet which holds fairly well. Not on ALL cars though, some are just miserable.
I've not had to do it yet, but if I need to in the future I'll hook some sort of spring to somewhere to hold something. I'm sure it varies hugely among vehicles as to where that would be, but it has to be possible someway.
I'll watch this thread!

So you have an excuse to go too fast? ;-)
Had the same on some cars, a spring and often be added to fix it.
In my XKR I found the angle all wrong and took it out (easy), cut it and welded together. That gave me some extra space, and made my foot more relaxed.

Now lets talk sensitivity! The first 1/4" is way to sensitive and easy to have the car lunge forward a bit.
When changing the air filter I was wanting to wash the MAF but removal wasn't easy for me.
So is reprogramming the gas pedal an option as has been mention here before?

Yeah, mine is a bit light too. But, I seemed to have gotten used to it. Except when I’ve been driving our anemic Honda CRV Hybrid for a while, and then jump into the XKR. I don’t need 3/4 throttle in the XKR to pull out from a stop sign. Vrrroooooom.
