Default Louvers Removal?

Just want to see how to remove the side louvers? Do I just use a flathead screwdriver to pry it off? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Depends if your gonna keep the ones that you pull off . You can pull them off . The tabs will break . And be useless. If your pulling the aluminum louvers off then id take the wheel arch down and push from the inside .

If you go to the manual section listed at the top of this forum and then go to the new XK manuals and then to Accessory Fitting Instructions there is a document for installing the louvres...it even has pictures :-) gotta love those Brits...

Thanks again guys for the info. I was able to remove the louvers today by working my way carefully from top down with a flathead screwdriver. When the tabs break it sounds worse then it really is. The chrome louvers are in and was a snap to install and I like the new look. If anyone is replacing the louvers, remember to remove the side marker housing by pushing the tab in the back and pushing it out.

My dealer advised I can't get the aluminum ones unless I have a Portfolio VIN Number. Therefore I had to go with aftermarket.
