Default New here!

Hi everyone! Just signed up for your forum, although have been on here a few times and found quite a bit advice so thanks! Great forum you have here. Just wondering if any of you have fitted the supersprint non resonated exhaust and what your thoughts on it are? I'm driving a 2007 XK NA which I purchased a few month ago and loving every minute of it!

We are new to the forum business and probably too old (mid-70s) to understand the concept. We've read the treads for years and decided to join. But, have yet to figure out how to post the required "INTRO". So, shooting in the dark, hopefully, this reply shall serve to say "Hello" to a fellow Jag owner and perhaps generate some advice I(n a language a 5 year old can understand) regarding the "How To" that we fail to grasp.

JagV8 has given you the right pointer - but welcome to the forum, regardless.

Default New guy from Ohio

Greetings and thanks to everyone already. I have been lurking a while after buying my '03 XK8 in May '19 and have learned a great deal. Good stuff all even if I hope I don't need most of it. I notice members are from all over and if the rest of the world could get along and be as helpful as you all, it would be a better place. God bless those that post detailed photos and tech info on how to service/fix so many things. I really liked the "what are you working on" thread.

My new to me car is 42 years in the making since I sold my one and only Jag, a '67 FHC in 1977. Yep, been kicking' myself ever since. But that's life. I now have the closest thing I can have without selling my house to get one, LOL. It had only been titled in California and I believe it to be garaged all it's life. No sign of any rust and condition is very good. I'll post of some mechanicals and routine service I'll be getting to this winter (now) to make it up to par.

I've been a motorhead all my life and mostly into motorcycles all this time and still ride a couple things I have in the garage. The wife isn't interested in riding but does love the XK8. So when it's time for a little wind in the hair and a pleasant drive, it's the Cat getting out of the bag.

Thanks again for all the help and info I've learned. Tom

At the dealership before buying it.

A local British car show in Dayton, Ohio shortly after getting the car to Ohio.

Hello all. I used to belong to the forum years ago but life gets in the way (working on 3 degrees at the same time, I will NEVER do that again) and I let the forum slip. Well...I am back! In the mean time, I sold off my 1987 XJS Hess & Eisenhardt and my 1993 XJS Convertible. However, once bitten by the Jaguar, you never really heal. So I went and just acquired a 2001 XK-8 Convertible. Gosh that thing is sexy! The old XJS's were classic and smooth but the XK-8 has panache!! I will be pestering you all as time goes on but for now I will let everyone off the hook. Be well and be blessed!

Default New to the forum

Hi all - I am new to the forum and an enthusiastic owner of a 2012 Jaguar XF Portfolio. Other than the summer heat of living in Arizona the weather is ideal for car enthusiasts. I have owned my car for four years and enjoy the smooth ride of it's V8 power and comfortable ride. I found this forum in my search for information and looking forward to being a member.
Best - David

Unfortunately you landed in the wrong Forum. This one is for X150's; otherwise known as XKs and XKRs buit from 2006-2014. XFs have their own Forum. A moderator will move you over. At any rate welcome to the Jaguar world.
