I find the sidewalls of the conti’s too soft. And the ‘directionability’ not as ‘planted’ as the P Zeros or my past experience with Pilot Sports…. We will find out this season.
LOL, with my hearing as it is, I don’t care about ‘quiet’.
I’ve just put on the A/S’s (they are on 19s)… They’ll stay on until the temperatures raise a bit and the uneven roads settle after the thaw.

BTW, I’ll bite. ‘How’ do you rotate the tires on a car with a staggered stance and the tires being directional?

 

Dismount the tires, remount on opposite sides.

Trouble is this would be no good where the tyres are also asymmetrical like many newish ultra hi-po tyres are these days, eg Michelin Pilot Sport 4S.
Asymmetrical tyres are marked "inside" and "outside" and you should not reverse this.

 

He asked how you'd rotate tires on a staggered setup. That's how. I don't really care about the minutiae because it's a stupid idea. You're going to spend an hour of your day waiting for them to swap the tires around, spend $125-$150 or whatever, and get what... 500, maybe a thousand miles more out of the tires? If you're that poor, you're in the wrong car.

*edit- Oh yeah... and those PS4s aren't directional, so you wouldn't need to dismount them... which makes rotating asymmetrical tires even more stupider.

 

I stand corrected, the MPS4S are not directional but they are asymmetric. So yes I agree swapping them from one side to the other would make zero difference and dismounting and turning them would be stoopid.
