Default Niggly little jobs, please help!

Hi to all, have just joined the site. I'm a very proud owner of a 2007 XK 4.2. If anyone could help with a few niggles it would be very much appreciated.
#1 .. The plastic ring/locator will not sit down into the seat. Struggling to release it from it's current position. I take it that the tab in the middle of it has to be out?

#2 .. The driver's door pocket has been stained and would be interested to know if anyone has replaced just this section or the whole pocket with new carpet.

#3 .. The rear window has debris wedged down in between the glass and inside seal. Can anyone recommend a cleaning method, I fear that the debris will fall down further and get trapped unless there is a way of easily removing the rubber seal?

Welcome.

For number 3, the rear quarter windows are easy enough to remove. There is a bolt hidden behind the rubber seal at the leading edge. Have a look at this thread for a link to a video (credit to Reverend Sam)

1. Head Restraints
This is the adjustment method:

You will probably have to remove the Head Restraint first to be able to reposition the plastic locking cover into the seat back.

2. Door Card
I had one with a crack in the plastic on the top of the pocket. Unfortunately the card is only supplied complete and no separate parts are listed. Upholstery cleaner and an old toothbrush or a nail brush should at least improve those marks and hopefully remove them completely.

3. Rear Quarter Window
As recommended by sicarumba.

For #3, that inner rubber just lifts up to remove. Don't bother pulling the window out.

2. Door Card
Look for an enzymatic cleaner, the kind designed for cleaning up pet accidents.
