HELP!!!
Everything in my 2009 XK Coupe works almost like new. EXCEPT the AM Radio function. I've read and reread the manual over and over again. I've rebooted the system, by disconnecting the battery, and touching the terminals together several times. Brand new battery too reads 13.2 volts even after setting for 2 weeks, outside, in all weathers. I can find nothing wrong with the charging system, codes are good. The car with 45K + miles runs like new, BUT no AM Radio, all the other audio functions work well. I've tried the function switch, from both the wheel and touch screen, still nothing.
PLEASE HELP.

 

Can't help but on mine, FM1 turned into AM all on it's own. FM2 is still FM..... All I found was I needed a new radio module or whatever it's called. Not worth it for me since I still have both bands but something you might need. Sorry, I dn't have a part number but the module is under the navigation DVD player in the boot.

 

Check out this thread from 1 year ago. I have the same problem but have not pursued as I do not use AM. Apparently possibly a bad module in the trunk.
