Prior bodykit
I put a kit on my XJS years ago and it made it similar to the Bob Tullius group 44 car. It made it look like a Jag on steroids but it was still a Jaguar. I like the kit on the 1st post but not on a Jaguar. To me it blurs the lines more toward the Aston Martin which I also like. So as much as I like it I don't like it on the Jaguar as I think it's lines are stunning without crossing the AM barrier. Just my 2 cents.
Steve,
Here's a better picture of the Prior Design front bumper:

The Prior Design front bumper is copied from Aston Martin. Why would you want to look like something you're not? If you prefer the Aston Martin look, then just buy an Aston. An AM-look nose job will reduce the value of your Jag, but it's your car, your money, and your choice. Just not something I would do, but there are others who disagree.
IMHO, sticking an Aston grille on a Jaguar is like putting lipstick on a pig (not meant to disparage the Jag; it is the farthest thing from being a pig). But since I brought up the subject, do you know the difference between a fox and a pig?
About 6 beers.

The "Aston" front end is attractive even if I don't think it belongs on a Jaguar.
BUT, I hate the side rockers as they look flimsy and cheap like the ones you see tacked on to 20 year old Celicas. I have no doubt that someone will come up with a front end kit that mimics the grill/front end of an F-type, (which I think someone has already done). I would like that better than the Prior kit.
I also believe one of the forum members, maybe bighenderson, has the entire kit on the car he purchased.

In my opinion it is very difficult to improve on Ian Cullem's design and I don't think the Prior kit does.

Thanks for the replies I believe the masses have spoken ! Totally agree I bought the xk due to the fact it is a stunning vehicle when viewing it from any angle I think what really throws me out is in the first pic the headlights look totally clear and there is no amber present I do like the look of the headlights like that it's a very clean look

If anything I actually prefer your front bumper powerhouse what exactly have you done it looks unreal and more to the point it belongs on a jaguar I think it ties all the lines of the vehicle in very nicely any info on it would be appreciate
Third pic was taken last year before cannonball Ireland. It is a 3 day trip round Ireland which takes place in September with around 160 cars, there is a lot of entries from the Uk. Jags, ferraris, astons ,lambos, all nice machines, if any Uk petrol heads want to enter all details are here:
Accepted Cars 2015
My car is entered again so you will see it while scrolling through the pictures with number 106.

Have a front splitter fitted and some time ago i got the front grills and side fog light grills, sprayed hyper silver and lacquered. Also fitted new red front grill badge.

drbill,
I was certain that you were referring to the "model" as the "perfection" of powerhouse's front end. Was I wrong? Oops, I guess it was Steve_k_xk's reference to perfection. Sorry drbill.

tberg,
You were wrong. Front end perfection were 50's Cadillacs and their Dagmars! For you clueless youngsters: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dagmar_bumpers

Not very subliminal sex in marketing.

Thanks, Ralphwg. Like fine wine, I get better with age! Don't you wonder why Dumbo still looks exactly the same today as he did 50 years ago?
He's proof that age is irrelephant!

Just my opinion, but putting another higher priced vehicles' front end on it just makes it look cheap. Like the people that put Bentley style front ends on a Chrysler 300. If you want an Aston front end, buy an Aston or..... A Ford Fusion.
