Where can I get the four inserts (female parts) for my 2010 jaguar XR Rear window cargo cover? The cover does not stay in place.

 

Have you asked at a Jag dealer?

 

I got the cover and the inserts at Autobahn Jaguar in Ft Worth. Price was reasonable and they had it/them in stk.

 

Is it part number 7 here?

I had to replace the retainers on both my 2007 and 2014 Coupes shortly after purchase for the same reason. Once renewed they have never since been a problem.

My suspicion is dealer detailers pull the cover off instead of releasing the clips and this wrecks the rubber inserts ........

I recall at the time the cost seemed reasonable so I didn't bother looking for an alternative source.

Yes I initially was going to try to rig something at home Depot. I decided it would be a huge waste of time. My local Jaguar dealer does not have the parts so I will reach out to the aforementioned. Thank you so much
