Seems it's a bespoke part for the XK. URO may be better than nothing and last as long as you own the car. Don't think it's a hard job even if you have to do it more than once. Or a US dealer?
Since I was in a hurry, I ended up getting a used mount from a flood damaged low mileage F-Type. If anyone is interested, part number was C2D38505. Works perfectly, no more clunking when shifting into reverse.
there’s like 1000 variants of trans mounts they all bolt into each other. some are fluid filled some aren’t.
the $80 amazon full set of engine and trans mounts for a 5.0 xf works fine. your engine mounts are definitely broken too if it has more than 50-60k on the clock the emergency strap just stops it from hitting stuff

Got the 2x engine and 1x trans mounts for my 4.2L on some ibSpot website for $185 a few weeks ago.
