Default VCATS label?

Does the x150 have a VCATS label for module number identification? I'm trying to find the module number of my steering column to do a calibration via SDD, and can't find the number. I don't have access to the label, so I'm not sure how else to determine the module number for my vehicle.

You're already well beyond me, I hope you get it all sorted. WTF is VCATS anyway? It's always good to learn.

It's a sticker that lists all the module numbers the vehicle was equipped with from the factory. I do not have one in my spare tire well... So it must be located somewhere else (or doesn't exist?).

See this thread for reference:

there is no VCATS, just a column code. the column was a carryover from the x202 and it's a slave of the instrument cluster. has an 11 digit calibration code printed on the top of it below the part number, you use the first 8 digits.

when the first x202s were going in for cluster replacements under tsb they came with instructions to drop the column to read the code. flat rate guys realized you could get away with just putting the same code from one car and collect 1.5 hours, until it didn't...then hotline realized what was going on and they started slapping stickers in the trunk.

I went on eBay, found a salvage company selling a column for a 2010 xkr and transcribed the code from that. Pictures were clear as day, and it worked like a charm for my 2012. I used the entire code and SDD accepted it and did the calibration.

My column can be adjusted again and the auto tilt feature is back. Before this, it was totally inoperable.

If you search eBay for Jaguar XK steering column, any listing should work.
