Whirring Noise?????

my car is xj8 1998 there are noises that are different in a Jag like the starter motor you has super charger yes?
but the clip is short and to me sounds normal also when my Jag 3.8 ltr is idle it makes like a put put sound strange but like a valve so to me all sonds ok but better to ask M.S he is one of the go to guys need more recording
