If they rolled out a CX-175 looking car, it would probably be the first car I have ever bought new in my life.

On the Sky Documentaries TV channel; Jaguar sponsors a lot of shows. Their commercials show a more classic design sports car being sculpted & aero tested.

There is quite simply a way too small market for anything such as the XK.

So no, it will never be re-invented.

I think "never" is too strong. Maybe 'not in the foreseeable future'.
