Default Wire routing help - passenger side wheel well and under body harness

I was under the car recently doing some cleanup and suspension work, and came across a wiring harness near the passenger side wheel well that looked out of place.

The harness has corrugated conduit with an overall length that seems longer than it should be, with a loose connector as well that has a metal clip.

I'm hoping someone can upload a photo of the underside of the car that shows the wire route for these two harnesses... One with a large connector that seems to be a primary power harness, and the small one that's likely for a sensor.

One side of both harnesses was zip tied to a plastic bracket on the air filter box:

I wrapped the small harness conduit in fresh electrical tape. I believe the conduit is supposed to be taped to the 3 white plastic clips in the background of this photo (it was loosely taped to them when I found the harness). But that leaves A LOT of the harness loose and hanging from the bottom of the car.

Here is the entire harness with both connectors:

Here is the connector with the metal clip... Where does this go?

Lastly, I found this plastic clip on the front control arm X bracket (C2P11432). Can anyone tell me what it supposed to attach to this clip?
