Default 2002 XKR transmission

My wife's jag had a transmission leak. A drop the size of a nickel everyday. I got a new gasket, and had it replaced. I had also purchased the pan, but we did not need it. So it was returned. This if the Mercedes 722.6 transmission.

The problem is the leak is back. Any suggestions? Could it be the sleave? I am not sure that applies to this transmission.

Yes, the Mercedes transmission also has a connector sleeve, and it is a common leak point.

Does anyone know what parts I need to fix a leak at the sleeve for a 2002 xkr's mercedes 722.6 transmission?
I would guess at least the sleeve itself and will a mercedes dealer have it?
Do I need to get the transmission gasket also, I know the mercedes dealer carries it?
I have the fluid and I have a mechanic who will do the repairs if I get the parts.

Thank You for your help,
Dan

It is Mercedes pn 2035400253

Also avaialble here: Mercedes Adapter Plug With O-Rings Transmission Cable to Conductor Plate NOTE: O-Rings are no longer available Separately. 2035400253 - RM European Auto Parts

Or just get parts for an 2003 SLK230 transmission from a Mercedes dealer...one of many Mercedes models with this transmission.
