Default 2003 XKR Need help with parts Please!!

Hey guys,
I have learned a lot on this forum in the past several months but I am totally frustrated with the hose issue....its one thing to break from fatigue, and the prices are out of control, but when you cant even buy the correct part and pay the ridiculous prices, man that doesn't say much for the support from Jaguar so I need YOUR help because the dealer has no answers.
The 2 breather hoses from the crank case have cracks and the hose connecting the air filter is also cracked and here is my recap of the problems.
1.part #C2N2490 Bought the last onE in the U.S. a whopping $140...it fits and it works.
2.SUPERCEEDED part #AJ8-8622 is too short so you have to reroute the hose and instead of laying next to the supercharger it now runs
ON TOP of the superchager. It works but it isn't right!
3.part #AJ8-3924 Full load breather hose is NOT AVAILEABLE OR ORDERABLE in any Jag dealer!! I REALLY NEED HELP ON THIS ONE,PLEASE.THKS.

Tried SNG Barratt, a forum sponsor that will give you a member discount?

Ask for one of their catalogs that are great reference manuals.

Pull the ends off of the old broken breather tube and get some normal hose. You can make them any length you want for a couple of dollars.

I believe ccfulton's suggestion was to remove the ends, install them onto a replacement piece of standard tube, then re-install the assembly. Unless the end pieces are cracked?

Interesting that the end itself is cracked, wouldn't expect that unless it's been whacked by something. I had to split the plastic tube length wise to get it off of the slip connection.

Between the old ones and the new but too short one, do you have enough pieces to make something?

It has been a while since I made up one of these but I thought that 3 of the 4 connections were the same size. The odd man out being the full load breather connection at the intake tube on the right side of the throttle body.

If you really need to get the car moving again, the basic shape of all the connections on the valve cover / check valve / manifold are similar to a hose barb. You could just find a correct sized hose and shove it on there with a clamp.

Ugly, but it should work.

Right.

If I weren't halfway around the world from the car, I'd take a picture. I had to do this when I put the twin screw on since all of the connections at the manifold were different.

ccfulton suggested a fix for the crack in the hose. A better description of "leakage on the end piece" might lead to a suggestion for that repair.
