I just wanted to thank Steve, the Jagwrangler, for his help with turning the useless navscreen into a backup camera screen in my 2004 XKR. I love it! It is not the picture quality of modern cars, but really quite sufficient and the built in screen was there anyway. The instructions were good, but I still managed to wire it incorrectly. I quick call to Steve and a couple pictures and he told me what I did wrong. I also just replaced ALL the hydraulic hoses for the convertible top with hoses from Top Hydraulics. Glad that is done. This forum is such a great resource for finding these good suppliers and fellow enthusiasts. I have had this car about a month and I gotta say, I like it more than I expected and I have owned some really nice cars in the past. Not sure how to list them on the signature line, but maybe someone will advise me on that.
He sells the box you need to make the navigation monitor work with a backup camera. Apparently the monitor in the car is old tech. It is a special order, you will have to contact him. You have to buy the camera separately. I used a Boyo camera that he suggested.
