Default Can anyone identify

Have my passenger side headlight out to try to figure out why dim doesn't work and found this hanging under light. Can anyone tell me what it is and where it goes?

Thanks

It looks like an impact sensor. It's the ambient temperature sensor.
On my car, the RHS one is mounted on the same bracket as the horn but yours may be different as I don't have the impact-absorbing bumper stuff.

2003 JTIS says 'forward of radiator'. 'adjacent to RH horn'

Thanks. I put the Headlight back in to test. I will have to pull the Headlight again because I still don't have a Dim Light. I'll see if I can mount this sensor on Horn Bracket.

Could be PILOT LAMPs or DIP BEAMs?

I'm guessing the ambient temp sensor has fallen out of the mount bracket?

Should have been dip and not dim. Low Beam.

Doh! Duff information alert. Post corrected. At least I got the location correct.

My apologies to both Bobs.
