Default Climate control module lighting

The left half of the display on my climate control module has gone dark. Does anyone know if it is possible to replace bulb(s) in this or will I have to either love with it or order a replacement part ?

They are replaceable. Below is a link to Reverend SAM a members DIY you tube video. I am in the middle of doing mine.

Very common issue. Just follow Sam's video above....

For best results, replace BOTH bulbs at the same time so you will not have to go in there again....

I covered replacing those bulbs in my working thread. Details are there about types of bulbs to buy too.

If you have not had the center console apart before, its worth mentioning that the plastic frame that holds all those components is likely to be fragile so be careful. Mine cracks somewhere every time I take it apart.

Indeed, one of my frames is a comprised mostly of epoxy and hope. This would be the perfect thing to scan and print if I had a 3D scanner this large. The 'design flaws' could also be fixed at that time.

I have a couple of switches were the letters no longer light up, Defrost and Rear. I this the correct part number for the bulbs, if so would I need one for each switch?
