Convertible top is out of wack

Convertible top is out of wack

Ok I recently did a hard reset because the clock on my Navigation screen was not displaying. That didn’t work so I unplugged the battery which fixed the issue. I just got to head to work and I putting the top in the closed position and it’s all out of wack. It locked shut really hard and the it wouldn’t put the windows all the way up. When I tried to place the top down the windows when down sporadically. Any suggestions on what’s wrong?? What do I need to do? Top was working perfectly before I unplugged the battery.

Last edited by Anchorman; Nov 6, 2018 at 02:28 PM. Reason: Fixed itself after driving and rolling windows down position with car parked. I then opens top let it go all the down. Then raised it and it’s now back in orders.

Easy. Do a window reset. Sit in car. Doors closed. Ignition on. Drivers side. Push window down button till the window is fully open. Keep the button down till you hear a faint click. Then push the button to make the window go all the way up. Hold it there till you hear a faint click. Then do the same for the passenger side. Should solve your problem.
