Go back and look at the pics on my post which the #5 post. You'll see there's a top plate that snaps onto the main structure. You can separate the top plate from the top section of main structure by pulling it off. Once the top plate is off you can see how the main structure itself is bolted to the floor board. The main structure will not budge if you try pulling it up. It must be unbolted.
