Default Do I have an X100 or X150? And other questions!

I just purchased a Model Year 2006 XK8 VIN ends in A45xxx.

Anyway, is this an X100 or a X150 and what is the difference?
Lots of posts throw these terms around but I don't know what determines which they are.

Also, Jagdocs has an electrical manual "2006 XK Electrical Guide (B00379 to B09096)" but mine is A45xxx so that sounds like the wrong manual but the X100 series ends at 2003 MY.
So what is right for electrical and workshop manuals ("X100 2003 on" or "X150 06-09"?

I think it was mfg in 1/2005 or 2/2005. This seems early for a 2006 MY but I have seen several 2006 MY with similar dates so it seems to be what Jaguar does). Did Jaguar make a fake (early) 2006 and a real 2006 or something?
Should I go with 2005 manuals or 2006?

Advice, please.
Thank you.

You have one of the last X100s, which are the steel body cars.

In the UK Jaguar started shipping X150s in the 2006 model year, but the first X150s in the US were 2007 model year.

The 2003 electrical manuals are correct for your car. There were few if any electrical changes after 2003.

Thanks for the clarification.

So Electrical Manual 2003 and up for the X100 will do.

As to the workshop/service/repair manual, what should I look for?
Is 2003 the latest for the X100 models?
Is there a later one for 2004, 2005, or 2006?

And what makes it (technically) an X103?

Thank you,
John

2003 is the latest workshop manual also. Changes after that were mostly cosmetic.
