I removed the upper front wishbone as i wanted to check the bushes and put some copper slip on the parts , the bushes looked like they had been replaced and were fine. What is the torque setting for the bolt? or is just good and tight.

 

98-132 Nm on the set of torque specs that I use.
Lower shock mount 6-8- Nm
shock absorber upper stud (non-adaptive damping 30-40 NM. If adaptive damping 16-18 Nm
spring and shock absorber upper-mounting to body (3) 26-34 NM
