Default Go ahead and make fun of me, but

I’m curious about how many people accidentally turn their wipers on when they start their car? For me, there is a 50/50 chance my hand will hit the wiper arm when I turn the key.

I know exactly what you mean. At 6-foot-7, my knees have accidently turned on many a windshield wiper switch in numerous vehicles during the past 50 years or so....

I'd say 50% of the time for me. Not helped by a two year old grandson who is obsessed with the car and Insists on stress testing all of the controls (ask me why a cassette wouldn't load last week!).

On a right-hand-drive car it is practically impossible to get in the car without knocking the wipers on!

Maybe that's why they have the auto seat adjust for easy ingress and egress. Of course mine hasn't worked for years. ;^)

What things happen to us! Also, I have to put my right foot behind the brake pedal (I'm one of those who keeps the steering wheel fixed), now I try not to touch it in case I mess up the brake switch.
