Default London ULEZ Expansion

Londoners, with the looming ULEZ expansion next year, what are you planning to do?
I live in an outer borough and love my XKR, but as I drive it multiple times a week, I don't think it'll make sense to keep it and pay £12.5 multiple times a week, which is upsetting.
Anyone here lives in the current ULEZ and kept the car? Anyone in the expansion zone?

I checked the website and I dont see how you can avoid it as its all done with cameras.
It does say exemptions but no explanation.

Register as disabled.
Keep the car till its 40 year old.
Register as a travelling showman.
Registered to a charity ...set one up
Get it electrified ...cost you £40,000
Win the lottery big.

there is a possibility that converting to LPG may make it compliant. I am asking a jag/lpg specialist to let me know.

Can we leave the politics out of these discussions ?

do you drive on publicly financed roads ? Call the fire department when there’s a fire ? Depend on the armed forces to defend your country ?

all of the above is socialism . Get used to it.

The services you mentioned are paid for by everyone and benefit everyone. Socialism is when I pay for something and receive no benefit but someone else who has paid nothing, receives the benefit. Big difference!
Nope. I'll never accept socialism.

Strange…I don’t pay the current ULEZ for my 2001 XKR, I’ve just checked it just to make sure, or will I have the bailiffs knocking on the door soon.
