Nameless Cats Oxygen Sensors
I installed some Nameless brand high flow catalytic converters some years ago on my '05 XKR and love them. Every once in a while I would get error code P0430 which is Catalylst System Effeciency Below Threshold on Bank 2. It usually happened when driving hard. I am now getting the code regularly and when I clear it it comes right back. Cats only have about 5000 miles on them, but the car is 15 years old now and I'm thinking I'm due for new O2 sensors.
Anybody have any recommendation for better brand reliability - Denso, Bosch, Walker, etc?
Anyone have any familiarity using a "spacer" to back the sensor out of the converter and less likely to get codes in the future like this link? Is there enough room for the sensor and a spacer? They do make J spacers as well that would put the sensor at a 90 degree angle.

Generally, Denso is reputable. This code has to be related to the input of the downstream, after cat sensors. I'd say get a proper OBDII tool and check your fuel trims and fuel pressure at high load and high rpm to see if it is all ok. Separately, reach out to Nameless, they should be experts on this.
Bet of luck, keep us posted.

Thanks for the info. I have been in touch with Nameless and they are great to deal with still, and I am confident that it is the combo of higher flow and older sensor.
Denso looks to be the easiest availability and good quality. Any reason why I shouldn't go with them vs Bosch? Some say Bosch are higher quality, but are they really?

I will take Denso components over Bosch components for these Jaguars any day of the week. Never had an issue with any new Denso component during the more than 20 years I have been purchasing them....
Go with Denso from Rock Auto, a perfect fit and no codes after. Well worth the extra few bucks, Do them all while you have everything stripped out, it will pay off in the long run.
I have no cats at all with a mini-cat spacer on my rear O2s and no codes at all.
Bigdaddies are the best i have found.
O2 Simulator Mini Cat Cel Fix stainless steel Rear O2 sensor simulator.

JNProcello,
Denso....OK! That's OK! I found the "Big Daddie" Simulator is BS....I went back to the Regular Jag Cat with Denso Plugs and O2's....now it works....

OK, I went ahead and ordered all 4 Denso sensors. I got a "spacer" too so that I can hopefully keep the code off.... I'll let you know.
Also about "this close" to pulling the trigger on a Mina Gallery exhaust... since I'm in there
I took the center pipe and out and put an H pipe in quite a few years ago, but I really don't love the sound and I do notice the drone.
