Thanks for that Graham. Malvern is also in PA, and Australia. But yes you have it right I am from the Worcester England one.

As a footnote I dont think that its family owned anymore. I knew Charles Morgan quite well and had dinner with him but he has been removed from the company. A new guy is in charge, named Graham. For a few seconds I thought it was him posting! He only lives around the corner from me on Castlemorton. small world.

Good luck with a build sheet. I went to the dealer and got one for my 04 KKR. The build sheet reflects an xk8 in England, different colors, incorrect evertything. I tried ordering parts from the dealer and kept getting wrong parts because their parts system bounces my vin #. They blame the Jag US system as being riddled with errors. The only thing that does track the car correctly is Carfax and DMV.

Amen to that. I even used all the vin check links to check my car, just out of things to do and none of the one's listed were anywhere close to my car once you get below the normal things. Once you get to the Tect Spec's it's all down hill from there. Tire size's wrong etc.. It looks like on most, that once past the normal things, they just use the generic listings for that type car.
Just be careful when using these vin checks unless you just want to see it's a Jaguar.

actually only vincheckpro.com gives this free Jaguar vin decoder for free, don't waist your time on other sites that claim to give it for free

Doesn't work for me: "Your search returned no results"

This one worked www.etis.ford.com and is free.

Welcome to the forums gestut,

TOPIx offers minimal free information. It's a subscription service and you will have to buy some TOPIx time to get the build sheet. Available by the hour, day, week etc. This is what it costs me for one hour:

For this payment you would be able to download the build sheets for any number of F-Type VIN's.

Is there a chance you can run a VIN check for me (TOPIX)? Is it also possible to get it so that it can be printed?
