Default New Jag owner with a question

Yesterday I picked up my 2003 XK. What a sweet, beautiful, fun ride. I am blessed to live in the Santa Cruz mountains, so twisty roads are what I get to drive.

My question - what solutions are you folks using for cup holders? The stock ones (on the armrest) are in an incredibly poor position (IMO).

I'm sure someone has figured out a better alternative.

Thanks!

No solution to the cup holder issue.

nice, like the color. Nope, no solutions for the cup holders. You'll learn to live with them.

Search the forum for the cupholder issue. Someone replaced their console lid with a UK version with no holders and inserted billet aluminum holders from a hot rod supply. They looked better than stock and actually worked.

Not sure this is the product he used, but it is very similar if not. Notice | Santanainteriors.com

Scroll down for the double-holder version.

I've been using one of those holders that fits between the seat and the console. They're available at most places that sell accessories and work well if you don't have an adult passenger in the car. I tried to modify one to straddle the console in front of the rear seat but was never able to make it stable. There must be something out there that will work at that location but I just haven't found it yet.
