Default new power steering hose

Anybody installed the new style high pressure hose from pump to rack? It does not have the same tubing fitting going into the pump.

I did several months back - no issues - fitting worked ok.

Not sure if there is a difference between 2000 and 2001 MYs

Replaced mine on a '97 about 1 1/2 yrs ago. I remember it was a pita. A lot of wiggling around to get it to fit. I used this part # MJB3985AB.

so I replaced it today. You need a 5/8 or 16mm flare nut crows foot to get to the pump connection.
The real PITA is getting the old one off. The new one routes on the other side of the steering turnbuckle and stays low. Just keep wiggling and it slides though.
