P0174 and P1111 error codes

The P0174 code is reporting a lean condition on the left bank.
The usual suspect is a leak in the intake duct between the MAFS and the Throttle Body, especially in the accordion section from the exhaust manifold. You will need to remove the duct to explore that area.
Check for leaks in the full load breather, clean the MAFS, clean the part load breather orifice and clean the throttle body. Even check that the oil dip stick is fully seated. Yes, it has a crankcase seal also.
All that done leaves an intake manifold leak or a failing O2 sensor.

Hey thanks guys...this car is driving me crazy. I am having some drivability problems. It first gave a "restricted performance" error, then on another day it went into "safe mode". Both times it started back up after a few tries. Also on the startup sometimes it idles rough and then picks up.
Im going to try the soap spay on the vaccum lines tonight to see what happens. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks again

I don't know of the 01s have Posiitve crankcase valves on the 4.0 engines, but my PCV line returning to the bottom of the throttle body was loose at both ends, the connectors have o-rings that get brittle and hard, and no longer seal. This results in unmetered air entering the TB also. Every little leak adds up.
