Hello I am sure this topic has been covered many times so perhaps some one can direct me to the right link. I am operating the top by hand (leaks + bad pump) and both window stayed down. I have raised the driver side by flashing the relay in trunk but this will not work on Pass side. I have in mind to fir a bypass switch but its chilly now and I would appreciate a quick fix. I wonder what would happen if I disconnected the wires to the micro switches on this piston.

There are separate fours separate relays...make sure you are bypassing the correct ones.
