Default Replacement fuel feed and return pipe

While working on rusty rear chassis legs, the fuel feed and return pips (nrs 10 and 12) also have rust on them.

Does anybody know if these are still sold anywhere? NJA5998BB and NJA6001CD are no longer available anywhere I could find. I remade the brake pipes but the crimping tools for these fuel lines seem much less readily available.

Thanks.

The lines are NLA from Jaguar so I suggest you try to save what you have or source good-used replacements.

Thanks, that seems the only option. Jaguar parts did say they monitor requests for parts to take back into production again..

So it took a bit but I replaced the fuel feed and return pipes with cuniper lines. I reused the push connect tubing since on the feed pipe it goes from 5/16 to 3/8 and that seemed pretty special. If anyone else is reading this, you'll need:

5/16" fuel line for the return (the supplier gave me 8mm instead so might be close enough)
3/8 " fuel lline for the feed pipe
M16x1.5 coupling for the feed pipe
M14x1.5 coupling for the return pipe

There is a GM fuel line flare on the feed pipe and a standard double flare on the return pipe, at least I hope because that's what I made. The aftermarket fuel filter from SNG Baratt includes two random copper crush rings for some reason, I tossed these and installed an O ring XR829166 on each side.

Not cheap but one of the best investments you can make for brake and fuel line work:
Amazon Amazon
